About project
The service Пинфл.рф addresses a specific bureaucratic task - obtaining an Uzbek identification number (PINFL) and a UCELL SIM card for users who cannot visit Tashkent in person. The main objective was to transform a complex multi-step legal process into a clear and trustworthy user experience.
We developed an interface that guides the user from an introductory landing page with key parameters (cost, number of steps, timelines) to a detailed description of each of the four stages of the process. Each stage is accompanied by iconography and explanatory cards that clearly delineate the areas of responsibility between the user and the service.
Special attention is given to blocks with limitations and warnings, such as the use of only UCELL or the requirement for document scans. These critically important conditions are highlighted in accent cards with color coding for importance. The delivery section presents a comparison of three methods for transmitting documents, allowing the user to choose the most suitable option.
The design was developed by our team, while the frontend and backend development was carried out by another team.

Decomposition of a complex process
We broke down the legally complex process of registration into 4 clear stages with a distinct visual hierarchy and division of responsibilities between the user and the service.
Iconography for abstract steps
Developed a set of custom 3D illustrations for each stage (notary, delivery, government institution) - simplifies the perception of bureaucratic procedures.
Accent blocks with restrictions
Designed a color coding system for importance (requirement/critical/important) for critical conditions that may lead to a refusal to process.
